Got 21+ windows replaced in my cape cod house. If the darn weather had cooperated (hadn't rained in 40 days, then rained when my install was scheduled!) Butch and his crew would have been done in 2. to 2.5 days. The installation was flawless, and one window that came in missing some "covers" was identified and fixed. The crew was very tidy, and once they left you couldn't tell they had even been there. I had to replace a few blinds/components afterwards, but that was mostly due to age and the plastic being brittle. I was actually glad some of it broke because it needed replaced anyway. :o) I am delighted in the quality of the windows and the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use Butch again - and I know my neighbors have already gotten quotes for him to do their windows, too!read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Butch and it was a great experience! He is the first contractor/tradesman I've worked with in this area to actually do what he said he would do. Butch responded quickly and courteously. He kept his appointment times and always called to confirm. He looked at my windows and took photos of the labels and completed online forms to see if they were still under warranty. When he found they were not under warranty, he recommended someone who could replace the double paned glass. Most people would have then recommended to replace all the windows which would have cost more (and made him some money). When I offered to pay a consulting fee for all the work he had done, he declined the offer. I have done numerous remodels over the years and he was great to work with. Helenread more
